10th Degree Black Belt and senior student of Senior Grandmaster George Pesare; the highest ranking student and First Knight of the Kaito Gakko. The first Kenpo/Kempo Black Belt in New England.
Grandmaster Herb J. Paquette
10th degree Black Belt and 3rd Knight of the Institute; his quality of teaching is only offset by his fierce regard for quality Kenpo fighters. Mr. Paquette is an excellent instructor of all ages, and in the realistic world of self defense. He retired in May 2009 as Chief of Police on the East Providence Police Department, and is a training officer in firearms and other certified programs. Designated heir to SGM Pesare's Kaito Gakko.
